Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. That Mattress Place does not offer refunds or exchanges.
Guarantee
We do not offer a guarantee or warranty on any furniture or mattresses. Furniture or mattress protection plans may be added for an additional fee at the time of purchase.
Merchandise Delivered By Store
All merchandise scheduled for delivery will be delivered to your home by 3rd party independent contractor and can not guarantee delivery dates and time. That Mattress Place will not be held responsible for any damages to merchandise, vehicles, personal property incurred during or after delivery. Set up and removal is not included with the delivery. Neither That Mattress Place or its contracted delivery service will refund fees for deliveries that do not fit or otherwise can not be placed inside the delivery address. If merchandise needs to be returned to the warehouse there will be a 20% restocking fee plus a redelivery fee equal to the initial delivery fee. Specific times can not be guaranteed. Customers should not accept for merchandise deemed damaged or incorrectly delivered. Drivers will not return to your residence for any reason without additional delivery fees. If you need to return a damaged item that has been delivered it is your responsibility to make a claim customer must email their receipt, contact information, and photos of the defect to thatmattressplace@gmail.com. One contracted by our manager, customer responsible bring it back to the warehouse in original factory sealed packaging and store receipt within 7 days of receiving the item.
